Bloomdale Mortgage Company, LP was founded in September, 1999 by Jeff and Shelly    Mack.  The name of our company comes from a small community where we have lived since that time called Bloomdale Farms.  Since we live in the country, we have come to specialize in financing county properties.
 
 
Offering excellent customer service is how we have continued success in this business.  As rates go up and down, so does our competition.  We have found that if we focused on serving our client in every facet of their financing decision, we not only earn their business and their repeat business, but also their referral business.

Bloomdale Mortgage Company, LP is a mortgage BANK and not a BROKER.  Why that is significant to you is that because we are a mortgage bank, we close and fund our own loans.  This means that you cut out the middleman.  Pass through broker fees are not charged to us that in turn have to be passed onto you.  We remain in control of the whole closing process.  That means when documents have to be to the title company by 10 am, we’re there for you because we draw our own loan documents.  When the wire needs to be there for an early morning closing, it’s there.  We take care of ordering our funds the day before.  That means you can take possession of your home within an hour of your completed closing.  Perhaps the most important reason for closing with Bloomdale is that I (Jeff Mack) attend every closing.  Let me say that again - I go to my closings!  I think it is a travesty that some folks work with a broker and at the most important time in the process, their broker doesn’t show up.  The title officer is not supposed to be the one to answer questions,  I do that when you attend one of my closings.  One last thing you can count on with Bloomdale is that if you have signed your Good Faith Estimate early on in the process, I EXPECT you to bring it to closing!  Your settlement charges shouldn’t be more than $250 different from the GFE and the payment should be to the penny unless your taxes or insurance come in different.  There will be NO surprises with our closings!
